I offer individual counseling for both Adults and Adolescents (13+). Individual counseling provides the space to focus on yourself, needs and goals. This therapy allows you to explore current challenges in a safe and judgement free environment that encourages you to grow into a more empowering space. Apart from the initial session, individual sessions are typically 50 minutes long and can employ diverse therapeutic modalities. I’ve had experiences working in the following areas:

  • Trauma and Abuse

  • PTSD

  • Childhood Trauma

  • Grief and Loss

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Stress Management

  • Coping with Life Changes

  • Relationship Problems

Couples Counseling
Couples Counseling

Couples counseling offers you and your partner the space to connect, communicate effectively, and improve conflict management skills among many other things to help you thrive in your union. Whether you are working on healing from infidelity or other transgressions or simply looking how to effectively manage a separation, couples therapy can help you and your partner find the best option for you. In working with couples I’ve had experience working with the following issues:

  • Communication Problems

  • Trauma

  • Intimacy Issues

  • Infidelity

  • LGBTQ Needs

  • Divorce or Separation


Groups are a great way to connect with others who are experiencing similar struggles. Joining together with others provides support and helps diminish the feelings of isolation and loneliness that may come along with certain challenges.  I’ve had experience in working with diverse groups in areas such as trauma, grief and adolescent challenges. Groups are typically maxed at 10 individuals per group and can be open or closed format. A list of the groups offered is below:
